Do Hayes Bicycle products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames come with a limited lifetime warranty, while components and suspension parts are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects.
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit my bike?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and must not have been installed or used to be eligible for a full refund.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Each product page features a detailed sizing chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for better stability.
