Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the uninstalled components in their original retail box, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
